It is true that technology has evolved in leaps and bounds over the last two decades, and today internet connections are faster, more economical and available than ever to organizations regardless of their dimension or the industry they operate in. Illustrating the benefits of the solutions in action, Torres recalls Numintec’s collaboration with one of its clients—a startup in the food industry that needed a solution to develop a campaign to attract new clients and activate its delivery and take away service, through an acquired database. However, the startup needed to achieve this with its employees in their own homes, in other words, through teleworking. By installing the InvoxContact application on their laptops, just by downloading it from Numintec’s website, together with a Softphone, they loaded the databases in Numintec’s dialler system. This allowed the startup to begin the campaign for new client acquisition through an easy and simple way, all within a day.
